I-Quick was set up in 2004 to primarily to undertake the legalization of the factories without permit and CF in Selangor when the legalization program first started in Subang/Sungai Buloh area in 2004.
The process of legalization involves initially converting the land status mainly from agricultural industrial and subsequently obtaining CF for the factories built on the land concerned.
I-Quick can claim that we are the first consultant/project management company to work with Petaling Land Office and MBSA officially to assist in the legalization of factories without permit/CF.
In the past 21 years we had successfully converted more than 400 pieces of agricultural land into industrial land in the first phase of legalization in Selangor area. For the 2nd phase, we had also successfully obtained KM, BP and CF for many factories. The process of obtaining KM, BP and CF is a long one because of government policies, guidelines in legalization of factories was not clear in the beginning and the budget allocated to undertake the works was therefore not enough to carry out the legalization works. Nevertheless, I-Quick was proud to inform that we have not abandoned the projects but is still carrying on with the near impossible budget resulted from unclear policies/procedures.
In view if this, we were known to be the project management company that managed these projects with the lowest price in markets.

在入伙纸的申请批准的工作过程中， 我们首先要把农用土地转换成工业的用途以方便工厂入伙纸的申请和已顺利的进行。我们公司也是在政府执行工厂漂白计划期间唯一一间跟政府共同商讨研究工厂漂白计划的领头公司。
在过去的8年时间里面， 我们成功的转换了400多幅雪兰莪州的土地及合法的申请了多间工厂入伙纸。工厂入伙纸的审批申请经历了多重的改变，政府政策的改变，工厂漂白计划规则的模糊性及多重因素而导致我们的工作受到了严重的影响，其中包括整个工程的预算，导致我们公司的资金运转造成了严重的损失。但我们并没有因为这样而放弃整个工程，我们在这种严峻的环境之下依然是本着积极乐观的态度去面对多方面的考验， 通过我们不断的努力，积极的与政府沟通探讨研究，终于政府在2009年尾对工厂漂白计划下达了正式的规则规范标准明亮化的通知。我们的工程才得以顺利的运行。直到今天我们已经顺利成功的申请了多间工厂的入伙纸审批。
